Welcome to Auf Objects by AUFTAKT. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of our products. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Scope of Service

We are located in California and exclusively serve customers within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Shipping & Handling

  • Processing Time: Each of our products is [handcrafted/inspected] to ensure quality. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Carrier Delays: While we guarantee our processing time, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) once the package has left our facility.

3. Proper Use & Food Safety Disclaimer

Our products are designed and marketed as pill containers and small storage organizers.

  • Not Marketed for Food: While our containers are made with high-quality materials, they are not specifically advertised, certified, or intended for the long-term storage of food, liquids, or perishable items.

  • Liability Release: By purchasing our product, you acknowledge that Auf Objects by AUFTAKT is not liable for any issues arising from the use of our containers for food storage, including but not limited to contamination, spoilage, or allergic reactions. Use of the product for any purpose other than its intended use as a dry-storage organizer is at the user’s own risk.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, product names, photography, and website content are the intellectual property of Cloud Cadence. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, or resell any portion of our products or brand assets without express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auf Objects by AUFTAKT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to all orders placed after the date of the update.
